Hello everyone!
I got the pre-arrival service letter two weeks ago and I have nothing after that.
Who knows what average time to get the approval PPR letter.

The pre-arrival letter normally arrives in the earlier part of the process so you still likely have a number of months to wait.

How long ago did you submit your application and which office?

We submitted spousal sponsorship on January 12, we made a biometric, medical, completed interview.
As I know we should get our PPR too soon after pre-arrival letter.
