How long does it take for Visa Stamping after Passport submission in Pakistan

Hi,
Asking for someone, they applied for SDS in Pakistan, on 10 Nov, 2022, got passport request on December 5th. Classes start on 5th January. Need to book a flight, just wondering how long does it take to get the passport back. Passport submitted at VFS Global office in Lahore. Please let me know if anybody has any experience with that. Thanks.

In Islamabad, it takes 4-5 days (self collection). It should be same in Lahore, depends on the number of applicants.
Which college/uni he/she will be going, if I may ask.
