How long does it take for background check Hello

Hello everyone .. I wanted to get some info about my spousal visa ..
So my biometrics , medical , and eligibility has been marked as completed already but background check is left .. how long will it take to get my background check completed?
Last update was on March 10 medical being completed..
what’s next ? And how long might it take ?

What is your timeline? I submitted last January 27, 2025 and im done with BIL and MIL. On my tracker it shows eligibility not started but on gckey, it started last week. then for my background check, it is in progress since day 1 on pr tracker and gckey but last week, it shows not applicable on gckey

I submitted mine on August 29 and still going

Not sure inland or outland?

Inland - Background check completed > COPR number shows up in the tracker > P1 > P2 > eCOPR .> PR card arrived at home

How long until the background check is done, no one can say. Some a few weeks, some months. Mine was 6 months, heard some people waited longer

Ohh .. it’s for Outland .. my background says in progress for a long time now just thinking how long it might take medical is done eligibility biometrics everything is done just waiting on the background check and passport request
