There are a lot of factors affecting the ECAS update. Some officers update ECAS slower. Few clinics may underdeliver the dates they upload your medical results to emed. What's your timeline? When did they receive your application? When is your AOR, MR, and RPRF request?
If you are lucky, maybe few days or in a week, but normally between 1 to 3 weeks. My status in ECAS was updated about 2 weeks after the results were uploaded. The next day I received PPR. Hopefully, you are one of the luckier ones~

Yes I paid. But they did not confirm. I emailed them earlier about a possible late submission of my RCMP clearence. But I submitted in time. I emailed them to confirm that they have received. But no replys. I know I am paranoid at this point.
Then, you may need to write them an email to update CPP Ottawa regarding your medical results as well as paid RPRF fees. Make sure you specify dates of medical exams and results uploaded, and which Panel Physician. Then, also specify the date of RPRF fees paid and proof of payment sent to the email address as instructed. Also don't forget to ask return email to acknowledge receipt of documents/information.
