I hope someone could help me answer this question due to my situation. I'm currently in Canada and applying for a student status restoration and study permit extension. Even though I only need a 4 month semester to finish my program but it takes 4 more months to receive approval from IRCC.
So here is my question: The time I plan to stay in Canada, does it count from the expected time of receiving the approval or from now when I'm applying in Canada until finishing school?
I also plan to get a work permit after graduation but as far as I know, that's a different application. Should I consider my after graduation plan into this question?
