I am single however I have been in a relationship for a shot time and I am in the EE pool with chances of a draw.
If at the end of the process I decide to get married, how long after I arrive in Canada can I sponsor my girlfriend (if this relationship ends up in marriage! =) I would marry her after becoming PR )? Because I will not have any Canadian taxes to show when I arrive in Canada. Would that be a problem?
The same questions for my parents! How sponsor them without taxes to show?
For your parents you will have to show 3 years of Canadian income over the minimum allowable for your family size to enter the lottery if the process is not altered. This year you needed to show income from 2015,2016 and 2017 so you will have probably 4 years before you might qualify. In terms of your maybe wife. If you get married or live together for a year you have to add her to your PR application but you could choose to list her as not accompanying you. If you got married and add her to your application you would have to wait a few more months but could land together. If you land and then get married technically you could sponsor her right away. It would be helpful to show that you are employed before you sponsor her or have decent savings because you have to show you can support yourselves without government help. Sponsorship will take around a year. If your future wife is able to get a trv you would have the option to sponsor her inland and she could apply for a owp. Getting a trv would require that she could show strong ties to her home country like a good longterm job, owning property, etc
You need to do a lot more research this is pretty basic stuff.
