Hi,

Does anyone knows the criteria in which applicant who are eligble for express entry under CEC are invited to apply for PR? A friend was telling me that the point system for CEC is lower than that of skilled and federal skilled worker
 
Thank you for the response. Another question can I get for credentials evaluation even if I have points for Canadian Education already

No - it's not lower. You can see historical information about the number of points required to be selected here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp
