How indians can apply for visitor visa to canada from france

Hello Forum,

I am a Indian passport holder , I am working in france from last year.
I want to visit my sister in canada (for 15 days) for her graduation ceremony.

I have multiple queries before initiating the process :
I am seeking for valuable advice :

1. I have all my documents in french (like employment letter, bank statements, ITR, Pay slips etc). is it possible to submit my document in french language ?
2. who will create the application?? is it from my sister side or me ??
3. please give the brief list of mandatory and additional list of documents that needs to be submit during the application

3. For mandatory documents you need to make sure you follow the instructions on the IRCC web site exactly. For additional documentation, you want to include evidence of ties to your county of residence such as employment, property ownership, and other assets, along with evidence of savings to cover the costs of your trip. Also suggest spending time reading through other posts on this forum to see what others have done

Is her graduation next year because processing is around 270 days? Do you have a US visa?

No , I don't have US visa and her graduation will held on 24th June 2024

Do you have any other suggestion for me ? what other ways can i use to get my visa ?
