How i can start with my immigration application

Hi

i am just new here and would like to know if i can apply for Canadian immigration under MPNP program or FSW program, my ielts results are as follows, L 7 : R 7 : W 5.5 : S 6.5, i completed my Master degree in computer Sciences and my wife is Moroccan national she finish her studies in French, we are living in UAE, and now we are planning to move Canada, please if someone can guide us how we can apply and start our application process.

Hi Atif,
I am afraid under FSW program your IELTS score is not eligible to apply... the minimum threshold is 6 in each module...

Upon submission of your application, you'll receive a nomination letter from the province you've applied. Then that's the time you'll apply for permanent resident.
