hi , sir. I worked as a skilled worker in canada for 1 year .and outside of Canada 5 years . How can I apply for skilled trade certificate . What's the requirements. After skilled trade can I apply for permanent residence

I worked in occupation stucco plasterers & drywalling . But want apply for skilled trade certificate based on my experience . I have 7 to 8 years work experience in this category. 1 year in Canada and other in spain . How can I get skilled trade certificate. I have done ielts test also within 5 band . Can I apply for . I am canada as a visitor .
