For new comer with a PR , If her main NOC/Study/Job has been accountant as an example , but she's an expert with Python language programing in different field of software engineer as well as web development, entirely different field from what she has been doing as a profession and technically was not qualified from academic field; but associated degree was taken.
While, IT firms in Canada has been highly demanded and increased; at least in compare to other firms, If this person was an accountant, but now, tend to work as a very basic programmer in Canada, without any prior experience in this field, but having significant self-practical hands-on experience in small-sized project (Freeland/home)
What is the way to proceed toward this problem(getting hired as a programmer ) ?
