Ok in CIC Website they say estimated time for study permit(new delhi) is 7 weeks. but how come some people get their decision made before 21 days and some are even waiting for even 80-90 days even though its a same visa office. it sound so weird. its mean there is no such thing " Que "

1. Its 3 weeks (not 7 weeks) processing time for 80 percent of applications (CHC India).
