I know that this is a silly question, but I am quite new to this and I am very skeptical about getting a job, after getting the ITA. I don't want to quit my current job and move to another country with nothing to fall back on.

How easy is it to get a job with the job bank and how much time does it usually take? What are the criteria?

Also, how can I increase my chances of fetching an offer?

I have 413 points and am an Information systems consultant.
