After job hunting and securing work offers, There are mixed stories of a positive LMO and a denied work permit application, a denied LMO and a deadend. What next?

Forumers mentioned that an employer can apply for an AEO which is easier to get than a LMO.

Question: What's in it for employers, other than it is easier to get, how does one make an AEO appealing to employers?
