Experts/Members,

Please tell us how to check family application status on e-CAS?

For each and everyone in the family need to check separately with client ID or one can use payment receipt number to check the family application status on e_CAS?

Thanks,

Try them both. Every permanent resident has a client ID.

Will it show the progress on the same page on e-CAS for the whole family? What I meant is Me and 2 of my kids applied together, I only can see mine with the client ID used. (Of course client ID is unique for each an everyone)

I tried using the payment receipt number but nothing is coming up.

I see!
Has the CIC started processing your application yet? Log in with your family's separate client ID # and check if the dates are the same. I read on some threads that someone in the family might get an RQ and delay everyone else.

There are lots of applicants who applied under a family application. Hope they can weigh in and give you more detailed info. What's your timeline BTW?

Applied on the 15th Jan 2014 and they received on the 20th Jan. e-CAS updated on the 14th of Mar 2014. (only for myself) not for my kids yet.
