Can anyone tell me how do they inform when they request remedical? Our file is in process CPP-O after appeal is won and they asked for some forms and pictures (most likely to issue remedical). Will they send something to my husband via regular post or will they email the instructions for remedical? (they emailed him for updated docs). How will we know when its been sent. Thank you, will really appreciate the reply.
