Guys, I have created an express entry profile. I need to claim points for the self-employed experience.
I was working as a Loan Broker/Finance broker. I had a current account(Business), TDS certificates of commission I received from the clients, Bank statements, Form26AS, Balance sheet, Profit and loss Statements and can get the reference letter from the clients.
I operated the business for 2 years i.e. from 2012-2014.
The issue is since its a Sole-Proprietorship the business was unincorporated and was operating under my name. As per the law, it is not required to get it incorporated if you are using your name for the business and can open a business account using the PAN number.
One can do the same in Canada or the USA and can do the same in India.

Can someone guide me what proof can I furnish for the proof of ownership? I have been scratching my hair for a few days and really have researched a lot on this matter.
Any inputs will be deeply appreciated.
Thanks
Saurabh Bansal
