How do I know where my file is? Post appeal hearing.

I had a hearing at the IRB 6 weeks ago. I was notified of the appeal approval that day. I've received a formal letter stating the outcome but haven't heard anything since. How do I check on my file?

I have same problem, I tried calling CIC but no info, I was told it's sent back to either visa office or Ottawa but no way to find out until they contact you

It was on May 28...I hope we hear something soon, waiting is so hard

My decision was made in mid May, then heard from CPP-O in mid June that file is with them. and asked for some updated docs. Docs sent now waiting.

Appeal requested end of September. File in Canada end of January, from Ghana. Mid March, hearing scheduled for mid May.

lonely,they sent an email to my husband in mid June advising file with them and will be processed here. Next day they sent another email asking for docs. He sent the docs last week. Dont know how will it take now.

Appeal process was for over a year from Jan 2011 to May 2012. My husband is from Pakistan

We are thinking they will ask for re medical next as they already asked for passport pics with other docs as well as police clearance. Do you think it will take long after that. Will it go through Background check after remedical or its done.
