How did you explain traveling during your work? (Schedule 1 Form)

I'm sure I can't be alone in visiting my spouse in Canada while taking 2 weeks off of work! Well I've done this 5 times since we've been apart for a year and 3 months. I originally put on the Schedule 1 Declaration for most recent:

1. 07/2008 - 08/2010 (CURRENT) : JOB - (5 Trips to Canada taken during employment, below) and then each trip mentioned. I was hoping this would be more concise.

Should I instead put:

05/2010 - 08/2010 (CURRENT): SAME JOB
04/2010 - 05/2010: Canada Trip
02/2010 - 04/2010: SAME JOB
02/2010 - 02/2010: Canada Trip

(If that makes sense.)

How did you handle that?

visited Canada during leave:
04/2010 - 05/2010 : brief address in Canada
02/2010 - 02/2010 : brief address in Canada
