what happens after your sponsorship application is accepted by CIC?
I will get notification in a regular mail? Is it send through Canada Post or courier?

It depends on who processes it and if you've included an email address in your application.
We got ours via email.
Others have gotten theirs by regular mail even though they've included an email address.
Just have to wait and see!
