I do have clashes in my family, My cousin took our property by wrong way and we did case in the court. And they have tried to kill me using Firing and have done my complain on Rescue 15 and plicestation 2 month ago , they are very strong and they have good relation with Police .Now they did try to do FIR against me and file a petition against me for FIR in court but court gave the decsion in favour to me .Now they are again doing plan to kill me.Can I apply asulym in canadaon TRV .and property case still in the court my life and my kids life are not secure.
What documents we need and how can I prove my asylum.
I am well educted person having 3 master degrees from pakistan and abroad and having strong job experience .
Not that I know for sure, but I don't believe a family dispute would be adequate grounds for refugee status. I would think the opportunity to move within Pakistan would diffuse the situation. I'll defer to someone more knowledgeable.
Persons in need of protection are people who, if returned to their home country or country where they normally live, would face:
a danger of torture,a risk to their life, ora risk of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.
To prove that you are a person at risk if returned to your country, you must show that all of the following apply:
you are not able to get state protection from your country,the risk is specific towards you or your family,you face the risk in every part of your country,the risk is not the result of punishment for a crime you committed, unless the punishment violates international standards, andthe risk is not because of lack of adequate medical care.
the refugee protection is not looking for education or experiences that you have, basically you can move to other city in your home country.However, you may eligible for federal skills immigrants. check the website cic.gc.ca
Actually I am witness in one property case , the cost of that property is 300,000.00 CAD, they are insisting me to take off my na me in that case and case is going on in the court .They want to kill me even I did change the city but they did attack also there .

I still doubt your claim as a refugee would be accepted as your reasons do not really fit into the refugee guidelines. Yours seems, on the information provided, as a civil issue regarding the courts, and not a form of persecution. It maybe possible that you would qualify as a person in need of protection, not a refugee, but I am unsure of that. You can start reading here:
Most of this will require YOU to do a significant amount of the work. People on the forum have no direct influence over IRCC and can only offer suggestions and limited advice on how to proceed. A lawyer with immigration background would be strongly recommended. You will need to find a way to get to Canada to start the claim, unless you are prepared to move from your home country and file refugee status with the UN from another country. Be aware, you will need very strong, specific proof of the reasons to support your claim. You must also be prepared to never return to your home country (for whatever reason) or risk loosing your status as refugee in Canada.
The process was already explained to you above. To apply for refugee status you must either get a visitor visa to Canada and claim asylum when you arrive here. Or you must move out of your home country to another country and be officially recognized as a refugee there by UNHCR or a similar referral organization. You cannot apply from your home country.
