Can I ask you one more question please:
A quick question, for the foreign work experience, what kind of reference letter we want from employer?
In what format it has to be? Can anyone share the format of the letter.
Do we have to mention NOC code in the Foreign experience reference letter?
Please advise.

I worked as system admin in India for 2 years and my employer is ready to give me the letter. I also mentioned it in my EE profile with NOC code and I also got the points for that.
The only question is Do I have to ask my past employer to enter NOC code in there in the experience letter.

You don't have to enter the NOC code - that is sure to get alarm bells ringing! Just ensure that your roles and responsibilities closely approximate the NOC that you think your job is the closest to among all others.
Thanks. One more question, for my current employer in Canada, Do I have to ask him to put NOC code in the letter.
Also, I can mention the NOC code for my Foreign experience in Work history in my EE profile. Am I right?

Do not REPEAT do not enter the NOC code. No commercial organisation defines their internal jobs using NOC codes, IMHO. Keep your roles & responsibilities in sync with the NOC list. That should do it.
Do I need to mention the part time jobs I did while I was student under my work history or just put it under personal history and support it with reference letters.

If they don't fetch you CRS or eligibility points and are simply to ensure that you have full disclosure to CIC, you can choose to put them only under personal history.
Yaa, they were cashier jobs that I did while I was student and I believe they do not fetch me any points.
After I graduated, on my post grad work permit with my Full time job I continued this part time job on weekends for few month. So it is better to mention it under Personal history.
Even if it is cashier job on weekends on my Post graduate work permit.
