I need to add more information into question 8 (Personal history) in my IMM 5669 form that I submitted last month. I have not received application number yet. I have scanned many advises from many different forums and I conclude two options as below:
- Option 1: Wait until getting the application number and use CSE web form to replace the IMM 5669 form.
- Option 2: Use CSE web form now to alert CIC officers about my situation and replace the form once I receive the application number.
Can I have your ideas which option is appropriate? Does anyone have same issue? And is your replacement successful?
