I need the "case processing centre" to request a police certificate for Mexico but can't find the CPC info on any of the documents that IRCC has sent me. Where can I find this information?
I applied for PR online through Express Entry under FSW.

I received a letter in my portal requesting the police certificate. The letter says that in order for Canada to make a decision, they need a police certificate for Mexico and gave me 60 days to submit it.
Do I need an extra letter from Canada directed to Mexico's government to request the police certificate and should I request it from CPC Ottawa?

CIC is likely to send the request letter to your account after your medical passed. (My FSWO case: request letter came 70 days after AOR) Then you will be given 60 days to upload a colored scan of the certificate.
