How can I get a F1 visa to US from Canada

Hello everyone, I am an international student who has just studied ESL program in Canada since June this year, my visa and study permit for me to stay in Canada will be expired in 2018.
I am planning to come to US for studying at a university. Can I apply for a F1 visa in Canada? I just searched it on the internet but I've heard it's extremely difficult to get a F1 visa approve from a 3th country like Canada.
Does anyone know about my case, pls give me advice!

first and foremost u need admission to US university then u can think about applying for visa.....u can apply in US embassy near u.....
