I have few questions about teaching profession. I have done my BA from India and computer Engg diploma of 3 years. I want to be a teacher. What are the steps I need to follow . Please help.

You can apply for statement of eligibility (SOE) from outside of Canada for Manitoba.
get ur ECA (course by course from WES)
The link shared by @Naturgrl has got complete information.
You then need to ask each of ur employer to either fax, email of post those work exp certifictes to PCU Manitoba.
I am not yet clear on how they will charge the $200 fee. I am awaiting their response to my application.
