It is your wife that completes the forms and submits them with a copy of your work permit.

May I ask you that which forms she needs to fill up.
I visited this page on CIC website wwwDOTcic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp and found information about Tourist Visa, Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, Business Visa etc., but no information related to Spouse Visitor Visa.
If possible can you please send the link to the page of CIC website from where we can get the required information and forms to apply visa.
