#1 In work Xp letter do we mention annual salary as per the package we got job.
or
annual salary actually earned (let say someone started job in middle of the year )
#2 I got salary hike ? which annual salary should i use - the old one or the hiked one.
Or provide one annual salary without hike & another with hike & mentioning respective years.
#3 India - Financial years runs from April/00 to March/01 ?
Can I use the above for my annual salary as thats how personal tax will be filed
I believe both the replies are same - Annual Salary. Which basically is based on your last revised pay structure. It does not matter if you earned 1$ in months 1, and earn 10$ in month 6. You will get a pay revision letter whenever you get a raise, and that will mention pay based on the latest month 6, and that is your annual salary, therefore 120$ based on these examples.

Same job In 1990 -91 I got 12000$. In 1992 I got 14400$ after salary hike. Do i mention annual salary for both years or just mention 1992 year's 14400 $ ?

In every job letter, mention your salary bumps as well as all the titles you held.. For example:
"When Mr. John Smith joined our company, he was earning $40,000 per year and held the position of .... . He was then promoted to ... in May 1999 and earned $45,000 per year."
In my reference letter, salary is not mentioned. In the merged PDF, I am attaching the latest increment letter that shows my current annual remuneration in detail. Will this works?
