HOW AND WHERE TO EXTEND VISA IN MONTREAL

i have a question concerning a visitor visa .
If my husband will come to visit me in Montreal and we will need to extend his visitor visa ,how and where we could do that?

If he's from a visa exempt country, you might just want to go flagpoling at the US border (just cross the border and turn around immediately at the other side).
