How can I find a job offer for a house painter in Canada?

You should assume it won't be possible. To apply for a work permit you need both a job offer and your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. The vast majority of employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process since it's so long and expensive. If you wish to work in Canada it would be better to focus on applying for permanent residency.
