Hii
I got ITA but I’m not sure to accept it or not because I’m having miscalculation with my hours.
So I got my work permit on 12 June 2019 and I was already working Noc b job.
can I count my hours from 13 june? I worked part time till 1 Aug 2019 with 16 hours per week.
Then I started another noc b job with 24 hours per week along with the first one. My hours were constant till 29 feb 2020.
I lost my second job after only worked one job in march with 10-15 hours week. I got lay off till may and started in june with 8-10 hours per week.
Till 15 sep I was working less than 15 hours per week. And then I started another job with fluctuating hours from 18-20. I’m still working on both jobs with 59 to 60 hours per week.
i filed my case on 6 Jan 2021.
can i count my hours i worked on 2,4,5 Jan although I don’t have paystubs yet.
Please someone help me with my hour calculation.
