There are no jobs here. Search on Canadian job sites like Job Bank or Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit.

The same question is asked about 5 times a day. For the OP, look at job postings through RNIP communities or NFLD PNP. Just to switch up my comments.
