Hi
My sister has a work permit which is valid Sept 2010 to August 2011. I would like to visit her in July/August. Is it possible to apply for my tourist visa now. What is the validity required for my sister's visa to sponsor my visit. Some people are telling she should have 6 months more time in order to sponsor and some are telling there is not such criteria. M confused. Can anybody please provide some information.
