I want to know, how the host from Canada can send invitation letter for brother .. he is applying TRV for Canada ..

What do you mean by “HOW”? Submit invitation letter with application under other documents.

I meant to ask that Invitation letter should be on white paper or notary attested or something else ??
then applicant will submit it online .. ri8 ??

No need to have it notarized. Just a typed letter.
