Had anyone been to Hong-Kong for an interview recently? I got an interview letter today. But as I know, it’s a protest in HK right now which seems quite dangerous. I don’t want to risk my life to go there. Any suggestions? Thanks

Yes, there are some issues in HK and some interviews were delayed earlier this month.
Unfortunately If you do not attend the interview you will be refused...... I don't think you will be ' risking your life ' ?
Bring a mask, stay positive, and focus on your interview. There are many interesting things to see and do there.
Make a holiday out of it and stay away from any ' hot spots '. Many good deals with flights and hotels.
The temperature is pretty warm there now and if you're lucky the interview will be when things cool down some.

Any idea if their productivity in this office is being delayed because of protests and danger? I would think it effects everyday life. I’m really worried that ours will be so delayed that we can’t go through with our moving plans Gotta start booking tickets or they’ll be a fortune!

Hi, is it required that the sponsor has to accompany with the applicant to have the interview? Did your spouse accompany with you to have the interview?
