My study permit has expired while I was waiting for the PGWP results. Unfortunately, it took over 70 days, and my study permit has expired. I have finished my prior program, but still need to study in other programs. I was advised to apply for the PGWP first because it is only valid within 90 days of graduation.
Should I restore my study permit? Could anyone advise me a consultant or even a lawyer for some serious help?
If you have a valid PGWP, hopefully you realize this means you can never get a PGWP again. So if you decide to apply for a new study permit and don't use your PGWP - you will not be able to get another PGWP once you finish your next studies.

thanks for the reply. I realize the PGWP is once a life time, the new study program only requires part-time studying, but full time working experience. Does this mean I will have to give up the PGWP and apply for study permit with a full time work permit?
