I am applying for LMIA and would like to hire caregiver who is already here in Canada. She has a temporary work permit and want to change employer. Do I still need to post the job in the jobbank?

I tried to post the job in Jobbank but I always get error in the site. Is it possible to post the job to different website other than jobbank.gc?
