Is there anyway that my brother can come here for studies. He is currently in 9th grade. Can he get admission in high school here?
If yes which high schools in ottawa?
Please advise.

You need to actually contact schools yourself to see which are currently accepting international students. International tuition will be around $13000 to $15000 per year. He will need to show at least $25000 in funds to be approved for a study permit. He will also need a custodian, which I'm assuming would be you.
