i'm a vietnam student , im grade 8 rn and i next year i will go abroad in canada but i didnt find any school , i want to learn about IT and computer coding , please give me some name so i could research + i do need a schoolarship atleast 50% , thank
There may be some computer classes but grade 9 won't be taking "IT" classes. As a highschool student, you still need to learn all the other subjects.
I have no idea that highschool gives out schollarship. Public school is free in Canada... (for PR and Canadian at least)
Assume you are going to a private school because most public schools only offer high school computer science courses. Depends on the school board and school offerings. These are general courses offered in Grade 11 and 12. You can always take online IT and computer coding courses.
Not sure why you need a scholarship but public schools don’t give those to international students. Private schools may give you a discount but the whole point is that international students fund private schools. So are you coming with your parents or alone.
Hi, I am vietnamese so maybe I can help. I dont think vietnamese parents usually let their kids go study abroad at such an young age. Did you talk to your parents? Feel free to send me a message in vietnamese.

So you need a Canadian guardian too who will be responsible for you during your studies. If you don’t have one, then apply to private schools who can sign off on guardianship. Private school with room and board is $30,000 per year at a minium or more.

So you need to research private schools where you can get a scholarship. You have to be an exceptional student. For public schools you have find tuition for under $20k per year but this doesn’t include any of your expenses (living, books etc). Public schools will not give you a scholarship because they are government funded. And you need a Canadian guardian. There are companies that will take this on for a fee, of course.
