Hello
I'm an Indian citizen. We are planning to move to Canada next year. I am in 7th grade now. I want to be prepared so I started researching about high schools for International students in Canada. A friend of mine said Cestar High school in Toronto is a private International High School. I'd like to know your opinion about the school. Will I be eligible for scholarship if I join there?
Also please suggest me good International high schools in Toronto region.
I see on the website that Cestar has scholarships for students from outside Canada but only the school can tell you if you might qualify not a public forum, so without any scholarship assume you have seen the annual fees for international students at this school.
,
By moving to Canada assume you mean you are moving with your family on some temporary basis ? Also note that choosing any private school to take into account travel time from where you might end up living given Toronto is pretty spread out.
If you are part of the diplomatic core there are both French and American based international schools in Toronto. They rarely have scholarships for international students. The school you suggested seems like a high school for international students run in Canada with a sister school in China. There will be no Canadian students there.
Are you parents moving here for work? It is quite hard to get a student visa as a minor and you usually don't come with your parents you must have a guardian. Your parents would not be able to work if you only have a student visa. Your acceptance is based on having the financial means to pay for schooling and living costs.
