The ECA report must show that your completed foreign credential (degree, diploma or certificate) is equal to a completed Canadian
secondary school (high school) or
post-secondary credential.
The above is from the CIC website. Given I have my Bachelors and Masters degree ECA already(WES), do I have to do the same for my high school as well?
