Hi,just want to know about visitor(tourist visa) within Canada

if you guys can help,

if my bridging work permit and restoration work permit had been refused,is it possible to apply for visitor visa or tourist visa within Canada,without leaving the country to get atleast temporary residential status..

No - it's not possible. Once restoration is refused, it's impossible to apply for anything from inside of Canada. You would have to leave Canada and apply from outside of Canada.
