If I am a visitor (I don't have a visa I think, just an approved application for an extension on my visitor stay) and I am recently pregnant, two weeks ago, can I still live here?
Another question if thats ok...
My husband's father does not live here but he's on the lease. He does not pay any bills but his son does. His son is my husband. My husband is a canadian. His father is coming by tomorrow to move back in and kick me out. Can he do this? I live in Victoria. I am not on the lease.
If you are here as a visitor, then you can continue staying as a visitor if you are pregnant. However you can't "live" here as a visitor - all you can do is visit.
If you're not on the lease, then I don't think you have any legal rights to stay in a rented residence. It sounds like this is something your husband and his father should perhaps try to sort out. Maybe there's an alternative solution.
My husband is very angry with me and wants me out and into a shelter until he can pay for me to go back to the states, in the south so they both want me out.
Do you know anyone else you can stay with temporarily? Maybe a friend? If not, then it does sound like a shelter may be your best choice if you don't have enough money to return to the US.
I don't really want to leave, because my husband is here and I think he's just angry atm but he always gets over it within a few days, but right now I don't have a place to live and I don't think Ih ave legal rights at all
