I applied for a Canada TRV online from The Gambia and got passport request letter today. I am in New York for holidays. Can I submit the passport at CVAC in New York or I have to send it to Gambia/Senegal for visa stamping?
 
Generally you need to ask them to submit to a different embassy. You can send webforms and email your visa office.
 
Thank you very much. I just contacted the New York Centre and I am informed that I can submit my passport there. I will do that later in the day
