i wanna apply for Study and also at the same time for Immigration. Is it possible that i appear in Academic IELTS and show the result to university as well as for Immigration purpose?

Note: For the IELTS reading and writing tests, there are ‘General Training’ and ‘Academic’ options. CIC
only requires to have their proficiency assessed by the ‘General Training’ test but will also accept the
results of the ‘Academic’ test. .

yes ,u can apply for immigration with ielts academics now , see Section 11.5 from op6 manual it says– Updated note on IELTS that both Academic and General Training tests are acceptable
