You may have to wait a bit. Many July 2020 applicants are still waiting for AOR>

PR application package? Do you mean PR renewal application package or Citizenship application package?

My brother received his AOR for PR renewal on Jan 5th 2021. His application was sent on October 26th 2020 and received at Sydney on Nov 3rd 2020. Hope this will help.

Okay, now I'm confused. If you are talking about your Permanent Resident application (paper based), then this is the wrong topic to post it under. This topic is for citizenship applicants. You should create your thread in a relevant topic OR post your question in one of the existing threads that are relevant.

For non-Express Entry PR applications,(which are usually because you went for paper-based provincial nomination), then you can either post it under either of these topics OR post your question in a relevant thread in one of these topics :

Provincial Nomination Program Immigration
Skilled Worker / Professional Immigration

I'm sure you'll find plenty of existing threads discussing about this in the Provincial Nomination Program Immigration topic. In this forum, month-wise threads are usually created. Check for the thread that is relevant to the month you applied in under the aforementioned topic.
