Hi guys , I have restricted work permit in quebec , will expired in 7 months , it will be my third year here , my wife is protected person and she applied for herself and on behave of me for PR .
we are still waiting for it .
My question is can I apply for open work permit now, before my current work permit expired . and am I eligible for it ?
