hi i redo my medical test and my police report few days ago sure after getting a mail from visa office to do it...we sent our application to Mississauga febrary 2011 and it was recived at the visa office in paris june 2011...my question how long i need to weit to get my visa i have over a year weting so how long more???thnx for respond

When does your medical expire? As in when did you get it done? They expire a year afterwards. They usually want you to land before your medicals expire.

so i did the first medical test last may 2011 and i redo it 6 june 2012 i sent my application to missassaga april 2011 and it recived at the visa office in paris june 2011 i hade my interview jannery 2012 so its long time how long i need to weit more

So you just did another medical? By the looks of it, you may be waiting another year then But hopefully you hear something soon. Just try to be patient!

Usually when they aske to redo medicals is the final stage before asking for passport

This forum. They usually ask to redo medicals because the old ones expired. Which is the case in this case as well. It takes a while for the medicals to make it from the doctors to the visa office itself, especially if they are in different countries. Usually they want you to land by the 1 year of your medical, which is why I said what I said. Some VO's also wait a long time before issuing a PPR. I have no knowledge of which VO this is but that is just from what I have read on this forum of VO's overseas.

Re-medical is the last stage before issuing the visa, usually withing a month or two after re-medical cases are finalized.

Last september they asked my husband to re do the medicals because they were expired and 20 days after he did the medical they sent him a request for passeport and his visa office is in Paris (he was in Tunisia) He landed in Canada in October last year 1 month and a half after he re did his medicals
