How long it take for BGC to be completed
Application received May 19 . 2017
We started processing your application. On July 26. 2017
When I call to CIC the agent said they do BGC proces.
I don.t know what to do any one knows please

Have you ordered your ATIP notes? Not sure if t will show anything much useful but might shed some light to the situation.

Everything within one year is normal. They tell you on their website, the process usually takes 12 months.
Depending on your processing office, your particular case and how many files they have to deal with it might go faster or take longer.
