Hello... actually my brother applied after 12th for study visa in canada... but he got refusal then he applied under general category then also he got refusal. But he got no any valid reason for refusal. Now he had done btech and want to apply but he had hepatitis B positive in his blood reports but doctors said no need to take medicine. Its fine. But according to us the reason of refusal was that. Suggestions he should apply ?
